Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is broken, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your candle arrives damaged, please reach us through our email shop.psyche@gmail.com or on our Instagram account @psychecandlesph and we will gladly send you a new one or refund your purchase. Please note that you will need to provide a photo of your damaged item and candles should be unlit.
